Otto and Kevin
This story was inspired by a fishing trip in 1982, when I was on a private fishing boat in Puget Sound near Seattle, Washington. While lazily bobbing about in the Sound, we joyfully observed several Killer Whales frolicking in the water. They were swimming several hundred yards away, occasionally diving under the water then soaring up out of it almost their entire length and then splashing back down. Their wakes were rocking every boat wildly for thousands of yards around them. Needless to say, it was very exciting. Synopsis While a young otter lazily floats in the waters of the Puget Sound, near Seattle, a prankster killer whale is about to upset the peace of the day and get himself into serious trouble.
