The Littlest Bell
This story was written back in 1983. It was a story originally told to my daughter at bed time. I got together with Joshua McGill and had all the illustrations updated. Through Joshua's extraordinary talent he was able to pull it off nicely. It has a very bright, happy, crisp and colorful look to it, which was our original intent. Synopsis The Littlest Bell in town hangs in the fire station window, but being so small no one ever takes poor little Benny's rings seriously. The great dangers are often rung out by "Big Bell" in the firehouse steeple. Across the way, are the "Church Bells" which make the pleasant music in the town. What Benny really dreams about is being the schoolhouse bell. On one particular day an event occurs which changes little Benny's fate forever.
